Weekly Breathing and Meditation sessions with Dr. Puja Goyal
Please join us for this refreshing 45 minutes to engage in ancient breathing techniques and a guided meditation to decompress from your busy week. Too often we neglect our most powerful tool, the breath which powers all of our systems and calms our reactions to external stimuli. A guided meditation is led by Dr. Goyal who is a certified SKY facilitator and the faculty mentor of the SKY student club at BU, and has taught and participated in many trainings on this topic. No experience is necessary as this is an all inclusive practice.
